The Instructor Training program is 500 hours of student-focused curriculum designed for licensed professionals who want to teach. You develop your skills through group activities and real, hands-on practice in the classroom and on the clinic floor, learning not just what to teach but how to bring out the best in each student.
You’ll explore different teaching styles, learn how to break complex techniques into approachable steps, and practice giving the kind of feedback that builds confidence. The program prepares you to sit for the Washington State Board examinations for instructors so you can pursue your instructor license.
